I use the standard tires to drift. Tapping the brake while on the gas usually slides the rear out but in some 4WD cars, I use the brake & the handbrake to swing the car. Using the aftermarket tires results in better grip, yes, but makes drifts harder IMO. These tires make the car more prone to oversteer. Hope this helps!
